kin·dom camp winter gatherings

All Let's get together for a cozy day in community! Here's what you need to know:
- These events are for kin·dom campers AND their parents/guardians. Programming will be split for campers and guardians. You can read more about what this will look like below.
- All participants must be 11 years old or older.
- Campers are able to come by themselves if that is preferable.
- The exact locations will be sent out upon registration. This is to keep all of our participants & volunteers safe!
- Check in will begin at 11:30am. Please arrive before programming begins at 12:00pm.
- Lunch for both campers & guardians will be provided at noon. You can indicate dietary needs upon registration.
- We will wrap up the day with a brief closing ceremony beginning at 5:00pm and will depart by 5:30.
- Cost is $20 for the first registrant, then $10 for any additional person after that.
- Due to venue capacity, we have limited spots available. Sign up as soon as you can!
Camper Programming
After lunch, campers will have their own time to gather in small groups and check in with each other. This will be a self-led time to debrief the holidays, support each other, and share interests. Campers will get to participate in various activity rotations including bracelet making, cookie decorating, and mindfulness stations.
Guardian Programming
We often hear that the parents and guardians would love to connect and spend time with other adults that are raising LGBTQIA+ youth in Texas. Parents/guardians will have their own space to spend time getting to know one another, share resources, and build connections among their own community.
